the rainbow connection and the goblet of fire

how ridiculous! it's a waste of time watching such a show! frivolous plot and bad acting (save for a few)

i finally caught wot i wanted to watch on the rainbow connection.. actual dancing! not that impressive. i mean the competition was so stupid! the other items that were competing were not even worth mentioning! at least put up better performances so it actually looks like a dance competition! i'm so disappointed. when i watched the trailer, i thought i'd be watching centerstage. i'm not expecting the same storyline but at least the basis should be similar. it is a show about dance!

jeanette aw was good. i love watching her dance. altho i cannot say the same for her character's hair in the show. my goodness, her hair is such a disaster even the red cross won't give it coffee!

i was very disappointed. let's hope the dancing gets better.

harry potter and the goblet of fire was by and large disappointing. i don't like the way it was played out. it did not give the book any justice! oh gosh. there were so many things that were missing. i mean key information. the quidditch game didn't even last 2 seconds! in fact they showed the beginning and then when it's about to start, it's the next scene!

and how come they never show that victor krum fell in love with hermione because of her intelligence and not mere beauty. i love hermione so her character portrayal needs to be precise!

dumbledore is too fast! and he's got a perm! haha. i think dumbledore is too thin. he needs to be fat and more slow-paced. bleargh.

and the duel between voldemort and harry is soooo freaking short! not enough oomph! -boo!-

nonetheless, i feel that generally, the movie did good on it's own. but if you compare it to the book, it pales in comparison. for harry potter fan, i believe it's quite a disappointment. but for people who has never read harry potter (god bless your merry soul for ye know not wot ye missed!) it rawks!
