i've decided not to post pictures of myself or my friends. i'd rather keep my life personal. it's true wot chloe says, it's harder for us boys. i'd hate to have a media backlash (and honestly, i've just become so shameless! haha) on my blog. i seriously do not want to have the attention of the celebrity bloggers.. i'm quite happy with my blog and its readership as it is.
anyway, does anyone know how to set up a google mail account!? i honestly have no idea how it works.. i followed the instructions and after all that i still can't log in to the bloody account! bleargh! it's so irritating!

in other news, i caught rent: the musical last saturday!! it was one of the most amazing play/musical i've watched to date. however, i've got a bone to pick with karen mok's character portrayal of mimi. she was good but by most accounts she's not theatrically trained and her pop vocals really don't stand out amongst the crowd of seasoned theatre performers. and especially so when she's paired with the awesome jeremy kushnier. honestly, if you were to close your eyes and listen, you can really tell an asian woman is singing and many a times i can totally imagine her singing in one of those hong kong arenas! haha!
but most of all, i feel that karen was able to belt out the verses. it was good and she was excellent especially in the sexier/edgier numbers. however, when it comes down to the more poignant songs, i feel she lacked soul or the ability to emote with conviction. nonetheless, on the whole, she's alright.
but the musical was excellent!!!!
oh and we went to happy after that. had a bit of drama before deciding tho but we weren't sure whether it was just our imagination! anyway, we danced with the biggest star in singapore! i'm not going to mention any names because, i'm not that mean. the person deserves some privacy. we really wanted to take pictures but well was politely declined. but we were treated to a coupld of gyrating and dancing with the star and his/her posse! hehe.. amazing! everyone was looking!

ive been reading your blog since erm.. a couple of days ago (but i do go back to the archives and read) and i chanced upon it while just blog-hopping. heh.
the part about your pictures being shown, i agree with chloe too on that its your life and like what you've said, you shouldnt make it go public just like famous bloggers (urgh).. it will be such a pity if you cant blog ur feelings down anymore..
google mail account = gmail? if you need, i got invites.. i can send one to your email and you can sign up etc etc... hehe
